Brook Farm
1) Brook Farm existed in 1841.
2)The leader was George Ripley.
3)The three beliefs of the groups were individual freedom which is freedom for each person, humane relationships are perfect relationships, manual labor was uplifting.
4) Two reasons why they failed was because it was operating on too small of a scale, and it was an experimental farm.
5) It began with 20 members, George Ripley became very rich after because he began working somewhere else, the place burnt down.
6) One similarity is that neither of the Utopias work out, they both fail, and another one they were both given jobs that they had to do.
7) One difference is that Brook Farm wanted to have freedom and the Giver kind of had that but no one knew any different. Another one is the Brook Farm was an actual farm and they all worked at this farm.
